How to Enter:

The Onion Patch Series (OPS) is made up of the racing at the following events:

164th Annual Regatta - 9th and 10th June 2018
Newport Bermuda Race - 15th June 2018
RBYC Anniversary Regatta - 22nd June 2018

To enter the Onion Patch Series (OPS), you must be registered in all three of the events listed above.

You can choose to sail in either the traditional Onion Patch Series division or the Onion Patch Navigators Series division, but you must make your choice of division at time of registration. All boats must hold a valid ORR Certificate to be scored, and all races will be scored under ORR.

Important Notes:
1. Onion Patch Series division choice must be made at time of Onion Patch Series entry.
2. For the NYYC Annual Regatta, the traditional Onion Patch Series division will race on a course using drop marks, typically windward leeward, and will be scored under IRC, with an ORR conversion being applied to score in the Onion Patch Series.
3. Boats racing in the Onion Patch Navigators Series division will race on a course typically using government marks for both the NYYC 164th Annual Regatta and the RBYC Anniversary Regatta and will be scored under ORR.
